Chair Yoga (In-Person)

Join us on the fourth Monday of each month for chair yoga in the library. Bring it up a notch with more beginner yoga. It’s a touch more difficult than stretching alone. No mat or experience needed. You must register in advance as there’s a limit of 10. Funding provided by AgeOptions.
