Zoom The class on August 23rd is an introductory class that meets for approximately one hour. It includes an information session about the workshop, an activity or two, and then time for questions. Take Charge of Your Health is designed for people with any ongoing health condition such as asthma, arthritis, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, etc., and their caregivers.
